  1. Jo, great shots, as always. I liked the wholesomeness of the hats in the closet. Every one of us has a closet shelf that looks like this so it clearly identifies with the masses. My favorite is #3 & #4. Your inclusion of capturing the snow in blurriness while capturing the man in focus made me totally understand how cold it was. #4 is just plain GREAT. The lines in the background provide even more drama to the shot. Beautiful work.

  3. I can see myself standing in front of that closet full of hats with my hands on my hips saying "What can I do with all these hats for a picture?" then taking a picture of all the hats.
Definately the black and white of the lady is my favorite. It would have been OK in color but BW was a good move-- made the pic. I know Lynn likes the bars in the pic but do you have a program to clone out the bars? It would be interesting to see it without them.

  4. I loved the black and white Joanne, I never think of doing a black and white until I see someone elses.....I will have to mke a note to myself to try that...... as usual, a very good job on all your pics, but #4 was my favorite...That struck me as perfect!!!!

  5. Joanne, I love how you and Lynn can get random people to model for your photos- they were probably flattered to be asked! I also enjoyed how you framed the hats in the last three pics- there are a lot of details in #3 and #5, but I focus in on the hat first-great composition. And black and white turns #4 into shapes and angles- very interesting!
