Well, I had great visions in my mind, but translating them to photos was entirely another story! I definitely need to practice this, it's not as easy as it sounds.

but it was so frustrating!  And the more wine I drank, the less I cared!

This makes me laugh every time I look at it, and this is the best of about 20 shots,
 and I won't even post the others they are so dismal!  
Who knew this would be such a hard assignment!!

#8 End of Summer

Ah, another beautiful Michigan summer coming to an end.  Here are a few things that remind me of the end of summer.

                             Juicy Michigan grown tomatoes are enjoyed at the end of summer.

An empty beach at the end of summer. It was drizzling when I was there and it was so quiet,
I sat on the picnic table with my umbrella and just took the whole scene in for a few minutes.

Interesting concept - take off your 50mm lens and turn it

around and hand hold it in place to take a pic.

It has a very shallow depth of field.

No readings since the lens wasn't connected to the camera.
