#27 Candle Light

Sweet elusive candle light - looks so lovely to the eye, and so hard to capture!

It was freezing and raining outdoors - and this is a candle in the snow.
The snow was up to my knees as I was trudging around with a
flashlight looking for the perfect snow..

Candle by night

Candle and a little Grand Marnier

No words needed

This pic doesn't really count, as I took it last year in
Europe in a small church in Eze, France. But it is a candle light photo.

  1. I feel bad that you trudged out in the snow to get a shot....wow, talk about dedication! BTW, good that you didn't catch those leaves on fire during your shoot.
I love #2 with the flame so crisp!!.....and I love Grand Marnier and the #3 shot!!
My fave is #4! The shadows are perfect and your title/caption is perfect.
The picture taken in France is SUPERB as well!!! Beautiful work again Joanne.

  4. Joanne, These are all good shots. I like 1,3,4.
The snow is so original--good one.
The drink setup is really good with the candle enhancing everything.
The cross pic is amazing how that little candle lights the wall.

  5. these are all great, i like how the first one has a leaf near it and the second has a leaf in it, your set up with glass is great, very in focus and clear yet still have the vibe of candle light, great job
